The Annex

An elegant 19^th century mansion overlooking a beautifully landscaped terraced garden, the annex offers eight bedrooms and bathrooms, and communal living areas. It is a three-minute walk from the château. The annex is accessed through an electronically-operated gate which provides guests with complete privacy. Parking for several cars is available within the grounds.

The ground floor contains the communal living areas including:

• a fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas cook top, fridge, dishwasher, china, cutlery and cooking equipment

• a large open-plan living/dining area with fireplace, comfortable sofas and coffee table, dining table and chairs

• a bathroom.

The second floor has four bedrooms averaging 20-25 sqm. All rooms have televisions.

• Bedroom 1 – double bed 140 cm, bathroom with shower and WC

• Bedroom 2 – double bed 140 cm, bathroom including Jacuzzi tub with shower and WC

• Bedroom 3 – queen-size bed 160 cm, bathroom with shower and WC

• Bedroom 4 – double bed 140 cm, bathroom with shower and WC

The third floor has four bedrooms between 15-30 sqm. All rooms have televisions and bathrooms with showers and WCs.

• Bedroom 5 – small room with double bed 140 cm

• Bedroom 6 – medium room with queen-size bed 160 cm

• Bedroom 7 – large room with queen-size bed 160 cm and small balcony

• Bedroom 8 – small room with single bed 

The cellar has a laundry with:

• a washing machine and dryer

• an ironing board and iron

• a laundry tub.

The annex sits within a formal garden setting which includes:

• a back terrace with outdoor furniture

• barbeque facilities

• a private hot tub set in the lawn

• sun lounges.
